1. Reservations
All reservations are confirmed in writing. A signed quote constitutes a binding contract. Reservations during peak periods (WEF Davos, Snow Polo St. Moritz, Verbier 4 Vallées Festival) may require advance payment.
2. Cancellation
Standard reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the assignment start. WEF Davos, Snow Polo and other peak-period reservations are subject to specific cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in CHF, EUR, USD or GBP at your preference, and are inclusive of standard fuel, parking, road tolls and chauffeur gratuity. Quotes are binding for the duration of the assignment.
4. Conduct & Liability
FFGR Swiss reserves the right to refuse or terminate any service in case of dangerous conduct, illegal activity, or behavior incompatible with our standards. Our liability is limited to the value of the assignment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, airspace restrictions, government action, civil unrest and natural disasters. We will always make every effort to provide an alternative.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva.
